Yoganesha is a yoga website and blog that discusses the benefits of incorporating a yoga lifestyle.  It will cover hatha yoga or the physical aspects of yoga, meditation and its benefits, ahimsa or non-harm, aparigraha or non-hoarding (or possessiveness), and bhakti or devotional yoga.

The objective of the blog will be to share with the audience my thoughts on the benefits of incorporating a yogic lifestyle based on my personal experience as a yoga instructor and practitioner.
